Waited a day, bid 2.5* at $44, was given a message offering to accept my offer if I'd raise it $12. I passed and added Hollywood at $45. Bid accepted and upgraded to a 3*. Hotel's website offers room for $119, and it's only 2.6 miles from my aunt and uncle's dinner invite! :)
