used SB link

Previously counteroffered $125 for Kensington, did not bite.

See Heathrow thread

Rebid 2 days,3* 4* up to 110$ without success.Actually wanted Waterloo area(The city or Westminster)

After 3 days gave in and bid $125 few times then got $125 Kensington.Mind you,not on first try/zone

Review not too good. Not expecting North American 4* quality, hope there is enough bed for junior(2+1 child)

In NA,2 double beds are easily available, maybe not in the UK,so contingency plan, junior stay or I stay in B&B if unable to fit into one room.

Total 3x125=375

Fees,Taxes =77.61

Total charges=452.61

Thank you for sharing your winning bid with the board.

Hopefully the size of the room and bedding will accomodate your needs.

Was this your first bid which included the Kensington zone? (if not, do you recall the amount of your previously rejected bid which included this zone?)

Thanks for the post and for using the SavingsBarn.com PRICELINE link to begin your bidding... enjoy your stay.

As i recall,I bid $125 including Kensington,rejected.Added Mayfair or Baker's St,cant remember,then got Kensington back for same price of $ 125.

so initially,Copthorne Tara rejected my first bid of $ 125,only accepted on 2nd try
