I've built a package on that date, with no luck and even tried alternate days, still no luck.

I'm thinking the Ramada Inn at Fishers?

Any other ways I can ID this?

Besides tehe Ramada (which i also believe is a possibility), i'd add the Days Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Super8 to the possibilities (in decreasing order) as well.
