mellowc Posted May 18, 2007 Report Posted May 18, 2007 I made a request for an airfare for 2 for a cruise me and my mom are taking. I tried 3 times and couldn't get a good price. FInally I got one and went through the forms. Then the page kept refreshing and said they were working on reservation and they would e-mail me when they have my interinary. I have never got interniary. I check my trips and there are 3 request listed and according to them none of have gone through. I checked my credit card and there was a 1 and 10 dollar priceline charge and a 400 dollar lowestfare charge. I e-mailed customer service and haven't recieved a response yet. What should I do.
