San Juan, Dec 31 - Jan 4, 3* Sheraton Old San Juan & Casino, paid $109/night x4 + 95.85 in taxes/fees. Total 531.85. Incredible price for the New Year holiday - and I searched every hotel scanner site (lowest I could find was $244).

I also tried $110 on Priceline and was rejected, so Hotwire is the winner on this one.
