Hi All

Can I please get some bidding assistance for 7/3 - 7/8?

Currently bidded up to $165 for 4* in MTE and MTW with no success.

Some other prices directly from hotels sites are:

Intercontinental Barclay - $214

Hilton NY - $229

Marriott Marquis - $237 then increasing to $254 for last night

Westin Times Square - $267

Sheraton NY - $255

Grand Hyatt - $219 then $259 for remaining 4 nights

Im not sure if im better off booking a cancelable backup and trying Priceline in another 2-3 weeks?

Is $165 your maximum ?

Are MTE and MTW your only zones in which you wish to stay?

Would you consider SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID

My upper limit would be about $180.

Not necessarily only MTE and MTW, but there are some nice hotels there that i'd like a go at. If im unable to get something around this price, i'm very keen on the Hyatt New Jersey as the position is great.

I have considered breaking up the bids.

Ended up splitting the bid - from 7/3 - 7/6 and got the following deal:

Hotel Name: New York Hilton And Towers

Price $130 per night

A saving of nearly 50% on the rack rate of $239 for same dates. Very happy.
