Extendedstays are not roach motels are they? It's just a layover stay before my wife and I fly to our vacation spot.

I might check out tripadvisor.com to read any feedback. For a one night stay, this should be fine. There is usually no desk clerk on duty between 11pm-7am, so if you arrive late or check out early, your on your own. The rooms are designed extended stays, hence the name :) and have refrigerators, two burner stoves, microwaves. Bring your own shampoo and coffee, you'll get maid service once a week if you're there for awhile and if you need towels, you will have to go to the desk to get them, and yes, they count the used towels, so you get what you give.
