The above are common amenities for a city area, but they do match the Westin City Center, so that would be our best guess.

Finally I booked a DC hotel via GTA Hotels.com. I got the Omni Shoreham for USD 162,- including all fees. Very good rate, when compared to what Hotwire were offering lately (although I got same hotel a few times in the past via Hotwire for 80 to 100 dollars).

GTA seem to have very good rates also for other destinations. Are they known to you?
