Hotwire Hotel: Dallas (Downtown - Turtle Creek) 4*??

Hi - Not much info on this board about 4* properties in downtown Dallas. I'm showing one for $109 a night from 5/13-5/17 with Bus Center, Fitness, Restaurant, and Internet. Any thoughts?

This property has not yet been identified.

If i were to take a guess i'd think the Warwick is a possibility (based upon no pool icon) but that's just a guess and i don't have a high degree of confidence in it.

Definitely not the Melrose. The melrose has a 4.5* average review on TripAdvisor, and Hotwire is reporting this property as having a 3.5* TA average review. Might it be the Marriott Westin City Center?

The TA ratings are not a reliable way to identify hotels... essentially the TA ratings constantly change based upon near user postings, while HOTWIRE only 'retrieves' the information sporadically (and not very often at that). So for example HOTWIRE could retrive the info on March 1 and show a 3* rating for a given property... meanwhile positive reviews are posted over the next 6 weeks which increase the TA rating to 4.5*, but hotwire may still show 3.5* as they likely haven't updated the ratings by retrieving the info once again.
