cliqstr Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I know it's a little steeppriceline showed $230 a night.venetian.com was showing $219 a night :) i bid $180 yesterday which was turned down.today i bid $181 after the price went from $239 to $219 on the venetian sitesuccess.although it's not a GREAT deal, it's good for the nights.
blindman Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 Don't be too harsh on your self! You made a $aving :) I assume the $181 bid was the first one and you didn't need to use any rebids?
cliqstr Posted May 10, 2007 Author Report Posted May 10, 2007 well I went to priceline and just made a bid for $180, but the site told me that I had already made a bid of $180 the day before, so I had to rebid. So i rebid $181.I'm assuming if I had not bid $180 the day before, a lower bid could have been accepted on this day.Confused? So am i :) anyway, i have another vegas trip 5/26-5/28.does anyone know how to secure a 2 queen at the venetian if we bid through priceline?thanks... i'll probably repost the question when the time comes and no one has replied..
