uanmi Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Hi All,I'm a first time poster and a big fan of what you guys are doing here. Keep up the good work.I am scheduled to be in NYC from May 16 to May 19. I would prefer to stay in mid-town and would like to get some sort of suite if possible. I am willing to spend up to $300 per night. Should I go with Beekman or do you think I can find something better? Thanks in advance!
uanmi Posted May 3, 2007 Author Report Posted May 3, 2007 Also, does anyone have an idea of what the "off the record" properties might be at EasyClickTravel?Knowing this information would make my life much easier!!!Thank you!
daffyd Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Try here:EasyClickTravel Off the Record HotelsJust copy the URL when you're in the details screen and look up the "off the record" property.Regards,David.
uanmi Posted May 3, 2007 Author Report Posted May 3, 2007 Thanks, that is very helpful.Any tips on hotels from May 16 - May 19th? I'm trying to stretch my dollar!!!!
thereuare Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Note that the Beekman Tower is listed as "on request" for your dates meaning that EasyClickTravel has already sold their allotment of rooms but will try to contact the hotel to get additional inventory at their contracted price. However, at the this property, they almost never are able to get additional rooms. How much do you need a suite property? uanmi Posted May 3, 2007 Author Report Posted May 3, 2007 I guess I could live with a decent sized room. I was thinking suite because my wife and I have a 9 month old daughter who we could put in a crib in the other room...but I'm flexible...Any other ideas?PS: I went to Michigan Class of 2001GO BLUE!
thereuare Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 The Beekman still is avaialble thru Quickbook ($279/nite for the Studio Suite ... $299/nite for the 1BR Suite) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
