thereuare Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Welcome to BetterBidding! What is your budget? The only reason to stay out by the airport is to save money... but it's also an hour plus mass transit commute each day (each way!) to get to the heart of the city. anupama_huli Posted May 4, 2007 Author Report Posted May 4, 2007 Yes u may be rite ,but there are some other resions for our stay close to near airport...Can u pls brief me the procedure of bidding ............Is it something like .. If i get the hotel for $45/ nite , then I have to pay extra for parking?( We are taking our own Car).Pls help me to find the good hotel.
thereuare Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 You will incur the same expenses just as any other guest... if the hotel charges for parking then you too will be charged for parking, if hi-speed internet is additional and you use that service, then you will be charged for that as well, etc, etc.If you would like help with a bidding strategy we will need to know your maximum bid so that we don't suggest a strategy that goes higher than you want to spend. anupama_huli Posted May 4, 2007 Author Report Posted May 4, 2007 I have a budget of $50- $55 / nite....( Hope my budget covers the amenities which I mention below and the hotel should not be too far from airport preferably within 5 miles from the airport )Amenities requered are...ParkingTelevisionSince we will be out most of the time we are not intrested in of the other Amenities.......Thanks thereuare in advance...
thereuare Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 First, look at priceline (and HOTWIRE's) zones for the ORD area... are you able to accept a hotel anywhere in the boundaries of the zone?As well, at most airport hotels, parking is additional and would be payable directly to the hotel upon check-out; is this also a condition you're willing/able to accept?
