You're not entitled to benefits on a priceline stay, but some hotels do grant them, often based upon just how busy the hotel is. I wouldn't expect them, but i would certainly hand over your status card (along with your credit card when checking in) and ask if any upgrades are available.

Let us know the result so others will know for the future if this particular property honors elite status.
