Priceline Hotel: 2* Seattle (Downtown) Sixth Avenue Inn

Was trying to get a good deal in Downtown; may have overbid. First I bid up to $100 for 4* with no success. Then I bid up to $80 for 3*, up to $75 for 2*, and finally opened 2* bidding with $70, which was accepted. The hotel website has a lowest rate of $99, and Hotwire was offering a 2-star hotel in Downtown Seattle Center - Space Needle for $69 with the single amenity list being a restaurant, which may very well be this same place. It was listed as a 1* on the hotel listing here, so I was a little surprised to get it. The reviews on tripadvisor and here seem to be mixed, with some people thinking it is a dump, and others thinking that its location justifies the boring decor and spotty hygeine.
