BHM-SFO $295 - how much to offer ( priceline ) 05/06-05/12

I made offer of $150 ( not including tax ) BHM-SFO at priceline couple of weeks they rejected my bid counter offering back $295 ( including tax ) the ticket price was around $270 .

I am ready to try the same bid again ( with nearby airports OAK and SJC ) . How much should i offer to get the ticket this time .
