dgolo
looking for any *4 for this night. bid at priceline starting at $60, and raised in increments of $5 (by rebidding) to $95, but nothing accepted. i see bids for approx $60 being accepted for different dates. is there something about that date i should know, or do i just need to wait until my stay is closer to get a better price? dgolo
95$ is on the high end, i think ( i don't think i would bid higher). i can always go to a lower star rating if necessary, i just thought i should be able to get 4 star for a lower amount. do you know why that night has higher rates? thereuare
I don't know why rates are a bit higher than usual... they're not exhorbitantly high, just a little higher than times when we typically see low bids accepted. As rates are based upon supply/demand, prices are always changing, so you can certainly stick with the above for awhile if you're not quite ready to lower your star quality or bid higher. (but we always recommend a cancellable back-up if you choose to wait)Keep us updated or let us know if we can be of further help.
