I wonder if it is the Holiday Inn or Radisson maybe??Thank you.
thereuare Posted April 13, 2007 Report Posted April 13, 2007 This property has not yet been identified. It could be the Hyatt but i don't think that is likely... i think this being the Radisson or the Doubletree Grand would be more probable, if i were to take a guess. If you do purchase this please let us know what it is and use this HOTWIRE link to begin any purchase you make.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. traveljunkie33 Posted April 13, 2007 Author Report Posted April 13, 2007 Thank you thereuare. I am not sure about purchasing this hotel. I am going to check out reviews for the hotels you mentioned. It seems alot of people are winning the 3* downtown Miami Radisson on Priceline, so I wonder if that is what it is? We do have a cancellable reservation that night at the Intercontinental ($129 plus tax) that I booked thru EasyClickTravel using your link. But this Hotwire price is such a good deal, so I am unsure about what to do.If I do book, I will be sure to use your HOTWIRE link. Thanks again for all of your help. betterbidding.com is a great site.
thereuare Posted April 13, 2007 Report Posted April 13, 2007 Since your stay is nearly 6 months away i'd also keep checking the board as this one may be identified before it is time for your own trip. Thanks for the compliments on the site and for using our EasyClickTravel link for your back-up reservation :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
traveljunkie33 Posted April 14, 2007 Author Report Posted April 14, 2007 Well, I decided this was too good of a deal to pass up, and saved myself $66 over my back up hotel. I went on and booked using your HOTWIRE link and I was awarded the Radisson Downtown Miami.I am quite pleased with what I got and think it will be more than sufficeint for one night's stay.Details:October 5, 2007 for one nightPrice $63 plus $15.16 taxes for a total of $78.16Amenties are as listed above:fitness centerpool restaurantbusiness centerhigh speed internetWhat I really like about this hotel is that is has floor to ceiling windows, so if we can get a port side room it will be awesome. Thank you for all of your help, and hopefully, by me going on and booking this 3*property, it will help others in the future.
thereuare Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 Congratulations on your success!Glad to see it worked out well for you and that you're happy with the results.Thank you for starting your purchase with our HOTWIRE lik and for helping us add this property to the Hotwire Hotel List. CruiseCrAzieS Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 I was wondering how you got the downtown location on HOTWIRE. I am looking for downtown Radisson, Double tree or Hyatt but only see 3* in Miami Inter. Airport area. I have bid up to $120 on priceline with no success. I am looking for Jan 25th one night. Is the date of stay the difference?? :) Thanks in advance for any help.
thereuare Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 CruiseCrAzieS,Rates are date specific, and HOTWIRE will only show one hotel (the least expensive) at each star level in each zone.If you would like help with your own stay please start a NEW TOPIC (the button on the top right corner of this forum)Thanks.
