This looks like a very good rate for this property. Remember that reviews are often based upon expectations... i have stayed at many hotels where i thought they were great as i was staying there for $50; however if i had paid rack rate my impressions woulud have been much less. In other words... i'm sure you'll get your $38 worth and for that price the hotel should be a very good value.
