we are travelling to wash Dc 4/25-4/28 with outr 1 year old son. looking for a good deal $<200 for a 3-4* hotel in a good neighborhood. Please advise any good ones on hotwire

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread... no need to double post in each of the priceline and hotwire forums. If you ultimately use HOTWIRE we'll then move the entire thread to that section of the board.

Two things we'll need to know in order to best advise:

1) Priceline only guarantees double occupany, so it is conceivable that you receive a room with only one bed and no space for a crib (or other sleeping accomodations for your son). I don't think this is a major issue in Washington DC (as it would be in NYC, or if your son was a teenager), but it is something you need to consider and decide if you're willing to take the risk.

2) Which zones are you willing to accept? Given you posted for a 3* or 4* hotel, are you wiling to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3* or are you looking for the least expensive 3* or better hotel?
