Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Puerto Rico (San Juan) Wyndham Condado Plaza

Helped a relative get this for a pre-cruise stay.

Prior bids on Priceline were rejected up to $115 at which point she just wanted to be done with it and was happy with the $135. Wyndham's website had webrate of $225 and traditional rate of $265 so she was happy with the end result.

Amenities before purchase:

Beach Access, Casino, Oceanfront (NO Beach Access), Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Laundry

How much did the absolute total come to for the one night? Hotwire adds the disclaimer that resort fees are not included in their price. Right now they're offering what I believe to be the Wyndham Condado again, at $132, with taxes and fees at $20.95 for a grand total of $152.95. Is that close to what you ended up with as a final price? I just don't want any surprises once I go for it.

The resort fees would be added by the hotel and not reflected on a Hotwire screen.

I don't think this property charges a resort fee but only way to know for certain would be to call them and ask if there is a mandatory resort fee charged upon check-out that is not included in their posted prices (this fee would apply to all guests, not just those there on Priceline/Hotwire reservations).

The Caribe Hilton, also in this area, charges ~$4/nite per room as a resort fee.

I believe the total was w/n a $1 or $2 of what you posted above... i was giving instructions over the telephone so i didn't see the final screen, but i do know it was just over $150 'all-in'.
