We stayed at the Copley Square Hotel in Boston at the end of March 2007. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We were given a room with a queen sized bed, which is always a risk with Priceline. When the staff saw that there were two adults and two children, they tried to find us a king or double bed room but the hotel was sold out. They were very apologetic and put us into one of the larger queen sized rooms and gave us two rollaway beds at no cost. Our room was long but not very wide (a king size bed would have fit, but not 2 doubles) and had very high ceilings with a chandelier, detailed moldings etc. that you would expect from a turn of the 20th century building. The windows opened and were large, and the furnishings were fine but not spectacular. The heating was a bit noisy, but there was no noise whatsoever from one room to another. Our room had a big tiled shower, but no bathtub. The room and bathroom were clean. If you like historical buildings with all of their idiosyncrasies, this is the hotel for you.
