Found a 4.5* hotel for $88/night in downtown New Orleans on hotwire.com. Any ideas what hotel this could be?

Sure. April 13 - April 15. Rates for a good place in the French Quarter area seemed pretty high. And most of the hotels with 3 star ratings but a good rate didn't have good user reviews. So thats why we're looking at this one in downtown.

The above amenities are quite common for a 'city' hotel, but it is a match for the Le Pavillon so that would be our best guess.

It is Le Pavillion! I recently booked the same 4.5* downtown NOLA hotel for my JULY 20 - JULY 22 stay.

We ended up going thro' bookit.com for another hotel...was the Holiday Inn.
