Priceline Hotel: Croatia hotels - mid May

Travelling through Croatia in mid-May. 3 adults. None of the priceline sites seem to offer NYOP for Dubrovnik or other major cities. Cheapest prices I found:

2*, 44 euro, but read bad reviews.

4*, 4-person apt for 76 euro.

any alternative sites you can suggest?
