I suspect that this is the Hotel Helix. The reason being is that one user on Trip Advisor mentioned that he got a great deal on Hotel Helix from Hotwire. Also, I did another search using the Hotel+Car feature, and Hotel Helix was in one of the search results. The AAA rate for Hotel Helix is $161, so that's not too far off from $145 --- I suppose.

Any guesses from someone in the area? Any other known boutique hotels in the Dupont Circle - Embassy Row area?
