Sorry for the confusion, I thought I had included them all above but I must have missed/combined some... Also, I don't know if it makes a difference but the price is showing as $195/night now.

Thanks! That's what I thought too (not much else in Falmouth), but what threw me off was no mention of the nanny service... If we decide to book it, we'll be sure to use the link you've provided and I will post and let you know if it was indeed FDR Pebbles.

Just wanted to provide an update - we ended up bidding for the hotel and it turned out to be FDR Pebbles, as you mentioned. The price was $189/night for 2 adults and 1 child.
