I'm looking for a nice hotel in toronto from May27 - June1. I checked Hotwire and they give me this hotel for 72$ can anyone help me identify the hotel name. Thanks.

I've never used PRICELINE before so I'm looking for some tips. I need a 4* hotel in downtown toronto May27-June1. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? I've already looked on HOTWIRE and I can get either Sutton place or Sheraton Centre (not sure which) for 72$, so I'm just wondering what my other options are.

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread.

You can try to beat the HOTWIRE rate above thru Priceline, but then you have less ability to take an educated guess at the property you'll receive. As well, Priceline doesn't split the zone into East/West, they just use one "Downtown" zone, so you need to be a bit more flexible in the geographic area you're willing to accept.

If you decide you can accept the above and want to try priceline let us know your maximum bid and we'll suggest a strategy to follow... otherwise let us know how the HOTWIRE purchase goes.
