Hotwire Hotel: decent 3* or 4* for Montreal in July

Hi, I'm planning a trip to the Montreal Jazz festival over the Canada' Day Weekend and need a good downtown hotels for 3 nights from 29 June- 02 July. It will be very busy in the city - makes total sense to book asap.

I've checked Hotwire which is showing one 4* for $129 which I believe could be Sheraton Le Centre Montreal (?) which doesn't seem that tempting at that price.

So am wanting to see what Priceline could offer. My initial budget would be $90 a night (not willing to split nights at different hotels) Could you please offer me some bidding advice?
