Hi,

Thanks for the help, it's my first time using hotwire. Both of these were "best value" results.

The first hotel is a 4* in Downtown Toronto West, $81 down from about $122, described on the search results page as "This upscale establishment offers thoughtful features, quality rooms and a high level of service. See hotel details," with the following:

Fitness

Internet

Pool

Rstaurant

Business centre

The second is a 3.5* Toronto East hotel, $62 down from $101, described as "This distinctive establishment offers comfortable rooms, personal service and some upscale features." It has:

Fitness

Internet

Pool

Restaurant

Business centre

Children's Activities

The 4* in the West zone matches both Hilton and the Inter-Continental so either of those would be our best guess. The 3.5* in the East zone is a match for the Delta Chelsea so that would be our best guess for that property.

Used the PRICELINE link from savingsbarn to start.

I saw from previous posts that the Sutton Place and King Edward had gone for ~$63 and I wanted to avoid them...I was gunning for the Sheraton as I have an event across the street that night. I bid $65 on the first bid, for Toronto Downtown, and was accepted. I'm very pleased as I don't even have to go outside to get to my event (I love the PATH system) and it was $4 cheaper than what was almost certainly the Delta Chelsea on Hotwire.
