pt4000 Posted March 10, 2007 Report Posted March 10, 2007 I've been trying priceline & hotwire, no luck so far. (4* MTW, MTE, up to $200)Is St Patty's day huge in NY?In case I don't get anything, what are some good cancellable hotels? preferably around 150-200 range.by the way, 6 of us, so 3 per room. Thanks.
thereuare Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 Since you're seeking triple occupancy and priceline only guarantees double occupancy, I'm assuming your 'ok' taking that risk? If so, HOTWIRE has a 4* hotel in the MTE zone (best guess is the Grand Hyatt or Inter-Continental) for $213/nite... does that work for you? Please use this HOTWIRE link to begin any purchases you make.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.PS- you'll need to search HOTWIRE for 2rooms/4adults to get the hotel above to appear Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
pt4000 Posted March 14, 2007 Author Report Posted March 14, 2007 Thanks for the help, ended up getting the grand hyatt. I know I'm going to be paying thru the nose for parking, but what are my best options around grand hyatt?
thereuare Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Glad it worked out well for you.I'm assuming this was purchased thru HOTWIRE? If so, can you please add the amenities shown before your purchase. You can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.As far as parking... where are you driving in from?
