thereuare
Is Capitol Hill the only area you're willing to bid? What is your maximum bid? Are you looking for the lest expensive 3* or better hotel OR are you willing to pay more for a 4*?Let us know the above and we'll be able to advise accordingly. Jerry Hung
Thanks for the reply1. From the look of it, cherry trees are primarily around the Tidal Basin lake area, and I won't be driving but taking METRO, so I thought that Capitol Hill's the best area to beObviously if there's good deals not too far from it, and we can commute in/out, I'm open to thatMaybe even around the DCA airport area?2. Price is the key, and I'm hoping to find < $100 USD/night, 4* is great, but I'm open to 3*The cheaper the better :) But if it's a great 4* hotel, I am open to try it for one night Link to comment
thereuare
But if it's a great 4* hotel, I am open to try it for one nightThe problem is that nobody knows the hotel you will get until after your purchase. Here are some ideas to get started...HOTWIRE has a 4* in the White House zone for $119/nite, just over your budget, which appears to be the Hotel Monaco and that would be our best guess. There is a 4* in the Dupont Zone for just $89/nite... best guess there is the Hilton Towers. (your offers may be different than what we are offered, so always list the amenities for the board to confirm what you're seeing and/or match them with the Hotwire Hotel List. What are your thoughts on either of the above? (please use our HOTWIRE link if you choose to go with either). If you'd like to try priceline, please let us know (a bit more concretely) if you'd like to try for a 4* or a 3* and we'll suggest a strategy accordingly.
