Priceline Hotel: 3* Sarasota (Downtown-Airport) Hyatt

anyone bid on anything for next week? what was your bidding criteria? I do not want to spend a lot, but I want a nice 2.5*+ hotel. any help or advice would be great

so excited! my first priceline experience.

I tried bidding the other day with no luck

I started with Sarasota/airport area 3 star - 95.00

Expanded to Venice area which did not have anything higher then 2 start - bid 96.00 i think

Expanded to Beach area (had 1 3*) - 98.00

Expanded to East Sarasota (no 3 or 2.5 star) - 101.00

Expanded to 2.5 stars (only available by the Beach or Airport) - 125 (i knew this was my last shot)

Bid accepted for the 3* Hyatt by the airport! The room retails for 300/night. not that bad of a deal. 50 bucks in taxes and whatnot. My boyfriend and I are splitting the costs so pretty cheap for a few days to get away!
