While not guaranteed, the 4* would be a match for the Intercontinental and the 3.5 would be either the Sheraton or the Wyndham, but the Sheraton would probably be the more likely of the two. Out of the two, I'd go with the 4* for a few dollars more, as if it is the Intercontinental, I personally think that's a very nice (and quite historic) hotel.

My mistake -

regarding the 4* there IS a restaurant but no pool it's $99

I'm seeing a 4* for $111. That would be a match for the Ambassador East, Drake or Westin Michigan Ave (and could always very well be something else), but out of those three it would most likely be the Ambassador East.

There's a 3.5 North Michigan Ave/Water Tower/GC for $92; that's likely the Allerton.

Personally, I'd still recommend the 4* Mag Mile/Streeterville over the other options I'm seeing for 3/31.
