Hotwire Hotel: help identify 2 chicago hotels?

Hi there, did a search on Hotwire for the night of May 27 and found the following:

3 star boutique hotel, fitness center, restaurant,$85, north Michigan ave/water tower/gold coast

4 star hotel, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet, $119, north Michigan ave/water tower/gold coast

Any help in what these two hotels are? Recommendations between the two? Any tips for getting them lower on Priceline? Am going for an overnight with the boyfriend, and are planning on seeing the Sox on Sunday and Cubs on Monday, so would ideally like to be able to take the train to the parks, and be nicely located for shopping Monday a.m.

Thanks

Sorry, just for the heck of it, checked again on hotwire for Saturday night (5/26) also, and a new hotel came up.

3 star, fitness center, restaurant, high speed internet, pool, business center, $109, mag mile/streeterville.

Same questions as the above two places, don't know whether we'll stay Saturday night also or not. Thanks.

The 4* listing in the North Michigan Ave/Water Tower/Gold Coast w/pool is a new one that I've never seen before. The only two hotels w/pools I can think of in that area are the Affinia and the Hilton Suites.

The 3* is the Tremont.

The 3* for 26th would be a match for the Hilton Garden Inn or, possibly, the Chicago City Centre Hotel & Sports Club (formerly a Holiday Inn), which hasn't been reported yet as a Hotwire win.
