Will pick up a rental at the airport so don't need a shuttle.

Tried various options in $1 increments from $30 upwards, never got a counter offer, so $35 seems to be the sweet spot for this hotel.

When we leave here we'll be driving to Indianapolis.

I've googled the route and it takes me on the I90\94 through Chicago.

This will be a Friday morning, would I expect any problems with traffic\holdups etc?

We're not really in a rush so easy \scenic\detours would be acceptable.

The I294 seems to be another route

Hi,

If you leave after rush hour you shouldnt encounter any unexpected problems. If you take 90/94 that will take you across the Chicago Skyway and into Indiana. That road turns into the Indiana Turnpike at that point. If you continue on the Turnpike for an hour or so you will see the South Bend exits and should stop by the Notre Dame campus.
