lawjes1 Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 I started out by bidding $40.00 for a 3 star in the North Charleston and Coliseum Airport areas which was denied. I upped the bid to $50.00 and it was also denied. I upped the bid to $55.00 and added the Downtown area which was also denied.I then lowered the stars to 2.5 for the North Charleston, Coliseum-Airport and Downtown areas and bid $50.00 which was accepted.
