This property has not yet been identified, but i'd think the Best Western or the Comfort Inn have all the amenities above so that would be our best guess.

Thanks. I'm now 99% that it's the Best Western.

I ended up booking the Best Western for a total of $194.11. I needed a reservation that I could cancel.

If you needed a refundable rate i'm not sure of the point of us trying to identify the above :)

Or you could have helped suport the board by using our Best Western link and gotten a cancellable rate of $188 'all-in'. :)

I take that back. I didn't "need" a refundable rate, i just figured that for $15 extra, it would be worth getting a refundable rate as a backup while I continue to bid. Also, I did link through to the Best Western site but the rate, after taxes, was higher than $194 (I'm not a AAA member). Perhaps I overlooked something?

There is a cancellable $188 'all-in' rate which does not require a AAA memebership on the Best Western site.
