melissasneu Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 Holiday Inn, on University Ave. After getting bid I called the hotel as I always do to request a non-smoking room and in this case 2 beds since it is for my husband traveling with 3 kids. I was told they don't accept any requests in advance for Hotwire customers. She said we could make requests upon check-in. I have never been told that by other hotels and did not know if this is unique to Hotwire as I usually use PL or just this hotel.
thereuare Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 Can you please include the amenities shown before your purchase... you can still view them by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.Regarding the bed situation, this could have been a non-issue if you selected all four occupants on your HOTWIRE search.
