I checked Hotwire today and there's a 3 star hotel Downtown Pike's Place for $86 again, with fitness center as the only amenity listed, do you think it's still the Red Lion Hotel?

(another $86 one listed a month or so ago ended up as the Crowne Plaza, which is farther away from where I need to be next week)

The 3.5* is a match for the Warwick so that would be our best guess. The 3* is a match for both the Red Lion as well as the Crowne Plaza... do can't make a guess as to which it would be; but those would be our best guesses for each of the properties above.
