thereuare
Maybe it's me... :)In this thread did you ever mention what hotel you actaully received? Can you add the amenities shown before purchase to each of the threads. joshw6
I haven't booked it yet. I'm asking about what the hotel is. Link to comment
joshw6
Big oops on my part.I have corrected the Bloomington Minneapolis post to indicate it was the Holiday Inn Bloomington. Can you please provide me with your best guess on the Toronto post posted here? Thanks Link to comment
thereuare
I'm going to go ahead and answer the original question in this thread, but please go back to the other posts and add the amenties that were shown before each purchase (you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page... it can help others, just as i'm sure you'd want somebody who purchased the above Toronto hotel to have added the amenties to their own post). With the above noted, nothing with this exact amenity combination has yet been identified. The Suites at 1 King West is close, but i don't believe they offer a restaurant on the property. I'm thinking this could be the Metropolitan (without the previously reported pool icon and with a Hi-Speed Internet icon recently added) OR it could be the Westin Harbour Castle as they have been known to change their amenity combination frequently... they have used all four of the above amenities at one time or another, but never with this exact combination. I don't have a high degree of confidence in either guess, but those are the best guesses i have at this point. As you may not know... Candians can now use Priceline, so that may be another option for you (where you may be able to beat the above rate). joshw6
What's your confidence level about this bing the King Merdien in Toronto?I know they don't have a pool. Link to comment
thereuare
It could be that... but that's not one of my guesses above; i think the others are more likely, but as i said above, this amenity combination has not yet been reported so can't have a high degree of confidence in any guess. joshw6
:) Totally blown away. The Hotel I got was the Sheraton Centre. I love this hotel.Feb 1-4, 2007 amenities are listed above but really threw me off given the lack of spa and pool icons.$79what a steal.Thanks. I used the HOTWIRE link on the forum. What a great forum this is !!!! Link to comment
joshw6
see my reply on this topic about getting the Sheraton. The rate on the Sheraton site was 189 Canadian which is twice the price. Link to comment
thereuare
Thanks for updating your thread with the results.Since it's 'missing' the pool and spa icons... maybe both of these are in the same area and are closed for renovations? Just a thought. :) Thank you for using our HOTWIRE link for your purchase.Enjoy your stay. joshw6
Could be, but nothing mentioned on their site and nothing mentioned in comments on Trip Advisor. Will report back if they're just playing around with their icons. Link to comment
