picantel Posted January 28, 2004 Report Share Posted January 28, 2004 I could scream. I looked at the star rating for priceline when doing hotwire. I thought by bidding on a 2 1/2* I would avoid the la quinta inn because I misread the priceline 2* which is la quinta. I HATED this hotel the last time I stayed at it. I hated the entire strip of hotels and restaurants and shops along side it. We stayed there for our last disneyworld trip and it totally ruinned our day. It was like cheesey central. They even tried to sell me timeshares at the front desk. If they try that crap again I will lose it. Good thing this is just for one night at the beginning of my trip and I have something to look foward to after I choke down the night. Sorry I had to rant. Link to comment
