Priceline Hotel: 3* San Francisco (Fishermans Wharf) Best Western Tuscan Inn

Low offers of $45, $47 in 3* were not accepted for Fisherman's Wharf area. That's the only area I wanted to stay, so waited then tried $65. I can't remember how I was able to resubmit a third bid without changing anything else at the very end.

The $65 was accepted. The winning bid for 3*** turned out to be the Tuscan Inn at the Wharf--several doors from my office, which is just great. I think this is a Best Western property. Lowest Hotwire price for 3* seemed to be $80. Lowest price on Tuscan's web site was $139 for one night, $149 for the second. My total for both came to $157.25.

Apologies for not bidding through this site. Caught up in the moment. Will do so next time.
