Could you assist me in the identification of the following search result on Hotwire:

There is no pool indicated nor a boutique indicator so I am lost to what Hotel it could be.

This property has not yet been idenfied. The Hotel Valenica has these amenities but also a Boutique icon... possible that the Boutique icon has been dropped since it was last seen. The Havana Riverwalk Inn might be another possibility as they don't have a pool and do have all the other amenities listed above.

Booked 3* San Antonio (Downtown) for $95 during 1/26-1/28

Hotel Amenties:

Suite, Fitness, Pool, Laundry, High Speed, Breakfast

Since it was listed in the Hotel tips, I got excited thinking that this was Hotel Contessa and I didn't think through all the amenties.

Very disappointed, I dont want to take my husband to Best Western for our first anniversary! I dont agree with a three-star rating for Best Western.

I am more upset now that I know that the Best Western website is offering a room for $88. So basically I got a hotel on hotwire for a more expensive price. WTH

I guess you decided against the 4* you originally asked about.

Hotwire does have a "Double the Difference Guarantee" so at the very least i would contact them to get $14 back per nite... although i know that won't change your feelings of this property.

Is this one of the Best Western's 'suite' type properties? (i can't get onto their website now to check for myself) Maybe you can call HOTWIRE and tell them you're not happy as it is your anniversary, you don't consider Best Western properties to be 3 stars, and you were expecting some type of 'nice' hotel with a true two room suite... this is really want you want or expected for your anniversary. Sometimes they've been known to have a heart. I'd also mention to them that you've since found a lower rate directly from the Best Western website (or wherever you did see it) but you were hoping to contact them first before submitting a claim as you were hoping there was "something they could do" to rectify the situation first.
