AM thinking of booking thru Hotwire and this is what they showed me:

$126 per night

Business Center

Tennis Nearby

Fitness Center

Restaurant

High Speed Net access

It seems like the Sheraton according to your list, but Thi sis only a 3*? WOuld really perfer the Caribe Hilton, any advice?

This is still considered peak season for San Juan so ultra-low rates at the Resort class properties may still be tough to come by... but have you tried bidding for a Resort class property on Priceline? (assuming you're willing to accept a Resort property other than the Caribe Hilton) If so, how high have you already bid? What is your maximum bid for a Resort property?

The above HOTWIRE hotel does match the Sheraton so that would be our best guess. There could always be others with the exact same star rating and amenities, so nobody can say for certain, but the Sheraton would be our best guess.

Oh, I wanted to add that as per your advice I bid and rebid a few times on Resorts in San Juan for that night, and was rejected at $125,135,150 and 165! So I gave up and took the guess on the Sheraton and was pleased!
