I am not flexible on the area or date.1st request - $60 Rejected.2nd request - $65 offer to increase bid by $17.I have a reservation at the Hampton Inn Del Mar at an internet rate of $99 - so $82 doesn't seem like a great deal. Should I perhaps wait until it is closer to travel time?Thanks for any suggestions.
headtrip Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 The counter offer of +$17 on your second bid means you were pretty close to the price point of the hotel on priceline, probobly a $70-$75 bid. Remember the counter offer is only a suggestion by priceline, but you can always bid lower than that to win the exact same room.
