Is there any other hotel that has fully equipped kitchen in that region?

This property has not yet been identified. If i were to take a guess, the Comfort Inn Excecutive Center is in this zone and seems to be a pretty good match, offering all of the amenities above.

The La Quinta was another guess, but they dont' appear to have a restaurant.
