Priceline Hotel: 3* Houston (Downtown) Doubletree

Bid on a last minute trip. First attempted IAH-area with a $35 attempt (attempted to get the Marriott at Greenspoint; rejected), then added downtown area ($50, rejected), and finally Hobby area ($52, accepted). Received the Doubltree in Downtown (also referred to as Allen Center).

First, it's clear that the minimum threshold for this property is pretty close ($50 was rejected, $52 was accepted -- it might accept $51). Second, as of this moment, the Doubletree is not listed as a Downtown property (the Crowne Plaza is the only 3* listed in the Downtown area currently).
