Bid of $45 for 4 rooms was successful on my second bid. First bid was $45 for a 4* in downtown and National City zones, then expanded second bid for a $45 3* hotel in downtown, National City, and Mission Valley zones. I'm not sure if bidding on 4 rooms made a difference as opposed to only bidding on 1.
