Whiskers Merryweather Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 Couldn't get the same rate as Asarfatti did, but am pleased with this one.Tried 110-125 on saturday and didn't get anything. Today, started at 130 and used free re-bids to 145, got it on my last free re-bid (re-bid zones are elmhurst and long island city), closed browser after first re-bid to maximize re-bids. Current price on the Marriott website is $369, $351 with AAA, no Marriott eBreaks rate available.
thereuare Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your winning bid and thank you for sharing it with the rest of the board. Rates during Asarfatti's stay were a bit lower, which explains his/her lower accepted bid... you're rate appears to be a good one for these dates as well!I assume $140 was your previously rejected bid amount?Enjoy your stay. Whiskers Merryweather Posted November 27, 2006 Author Report Posted November 27, 2006 sorry, I forgot to mention that I was indeed going in $5 increments, so it's possible that it could have been had in the $141-144 range.
