Hotwire Hotel: Need help ID-ing a hotel

I'm looking for a hotel for my parents during graduation weekend (12/15 - 12/17) in Ann Arbor. Hotwire shows a 2* (no amenities) for $49 per night, but I couldn't find Ann Arbor in your list of Hotwire hotels. Do you have any idea what hotel this might be?

This hotel has not yet been identified, and with no amenties there's not much to go on, but if it were America's Best Value Inn, Super 8, or Days Inn i wouldn't be surprised too much.

Did you also see the 2.5* that is also offered thru HOTWIRE for just a bit more (and included breakfast and has a pool)
