Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified :) In many areas condo properties are far and few between and there are only a handful of possibilities in the area, but in this area there are LOTS of such properties. Add to this that many of them are so small that they can't (or won't) be listed thru any major distribution channels, researching it becomes a monumental task and the properties that do come up can't be considered a finite list.

However, if you don't need the amenities of a condo property, i think i'd advise against this one. Condo properties (like Boutiques) can often be a risky proposition thru opaque travels... you could get a gem, but you also could get a 'dud', as these type of properties are usually small and independently owned, and therefore quality can vary greatly (not just between properties but also between rooms within each property). As well, the 3* rating on HOTWIRE seems to have the most variation in quality... some are deservedly worth much higher ratings, while others are worth less.

Lastly, the price doesn't seem like any great bargain. What exactly are you looking for in this stay? Seems like there would be other options within the $150 price range.
